Pricing below is dependant on the customer having existing business relationships with GrokThis.net for the indicated hosting service. Before purchasing additional support, please review your standard support

Hourly support

Hourly-support in discounted, pre-paid bundles:

• 1 hour  - $65  ($65/hr)
• 2 hours - $120 ($60/hr)
• 4 hours - $220 ($55/hr)
• 8 hours - $400 ($50/hr)

Monthly contract

Support available by subscription. Includes standard features and a maximum number of management hours. Must maintain subscription for a minimum of three months.

Standard features:

• Server performance monitoring
• Security auditing
• Kernel updates (Linux only)
• System updates

Pricing

• 1 hour  - $65/mo
• 2 hours - $100/mo
• 4 hours - $160/mo
